Tap into your sultry side with burlesque! Learn techniques of burlesque performance and get in shape while shimmying and shaking your way through this 6 week dance routine!
Want to improve your mood, tone your abdominal muscles, and burn up to 600 calories an hour? Come hula-hoop! This class focuses on the basics of hoop dance. We will teach stretching with the hoop and hooping movements and techniques, with an emphasis on exercise, play, and dance. Sweat, laugh, and challenge your limits with every swish of the Hula Hoop! Hula Hoops are included in this course for use.
During this 6 week intensive session, we will take you through yoga poses in an entirely new way - in the air! Our suspension kits will allow you to float, feel, and experience yoga from a new perspective.
This intensive 6 week session with one class per week is designed to blast away fat and build strength and muscle with your own body weight using our unique suspension system, while allowing you to take your yoga poses to a deeper level by using this amazing prop. Challenging and super charged, this intensive 6 week program will leave your body in a state of extreme satisfaction after working every part of it!
Ballet Fusion Foundations
Learn how to isolate and control your muscles by using simple ballet technique that will give you a total body workout. This unique blend of ballet and fitness will help shed the pounds and inches off the most difficult places and help maintain the toned body you always wanted.
This 6 week course will give you the necessary building blocks to begin your classical Pilates practice, with emphasis on learning to work from the core, correct alignment and how to customize the class to your specific body. Start to lengthen, tone and tighten the right way. After taking this course, you are ready to attend any of our Pilates drop-in classes.

We strive to create the atmosphere to inspire you, not like any other gym that doesn’t care if you pay your dues and don’t come to work out. Our goal is to make you love working out so much that it becomes your regular routine – because you want it to! Private Parties & Events
In addition to our fabulous fitness classes, several times a year we love to have member appreciation parties and networking events.
We have also become notorious for our wild private parties! Girl’s Night Out, Bachelorette, Just-Because, or whatever your reason for getting together with your girls, we love to make it a truly memorable event, complete with fabulous extras and options that include spa treatments and limos, VIP service to nightclubs and much much more!
