Our Certified Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Gas Fitter Technicians can help protect your investment with a preventive maintenance program suited to the needs of your facility. Lancaster is registered to the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA), a government body which regulates safety in many industry sectors, including those using propane fuels and equipment.

Fabrication
Our fabrication facility, consisting of 20,000 square feet, is located on three acres in Hamilton’s East Mountain Industrial Park and provides the following:
- CWB Certified Welding – arc, mig, tig
- Shearing – 10 feet of ¼ plate
- CNC Bending – 10 feet of ¼ plate
- Rolling – 5 feet of ¼ plate
- Lockforming – buttonlock, Pittsburg, TDF
- Overhead cranes (2) – 4,000 lbs
- High Definition Plasma Cutter – cuts various metals and thicknesses
Sheet Metal Contracting
Design build, plan & spec, shut-down and maintenance work for all HVAC systems, dust collection systems and industrial applications.
Architectural Sheet Metal Contracting
Commercial and Industrial contracting of metal roof, metal wall systems and roof deck.
