We are an 'on-premise' Wine & Beer Making Establishment locally owned and operated and have worked very hard to create an environment in which all will feel welcome.
Our establishment provides you with the comfort of a rustic hometown atmosphere, combined with a new, fully equipped and ultra clean facility. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always available to help you in every way possible. Owner and operator Ken Grossi brings twenty years of wine making experience and great enthusiasm to the business.
Since opening on September 28, 1998, we have seen our customer base grow to approximately 2000 strong, including many customers coming from almost every city in the Golden Horseshoe.
We believe this is due to our ongoing commitment to offer only the finest quality wine and beer making products on the market today with the most competitive pricing, giving you the ability to create your own fine brew on premise product at a fraction of the cost of the regular store bought equivalent. All water used in our brewing process is passed through a carbon filtering system which produces water in its purest form. This ensures the highest quality in taste and clarity for the end product.
